The song by Jim Croce of the same name brings meaning to capturing time, bottling it, savoring it. Probably my all time favorite song.

This creation is created from vintage pieces of time. Captured in a bottle.

A vintage watch dial is rolled to fit thru the narrow opening. Watch gears and various parts swirl around the dial. A vintage ruby glass jewel is in the mix.

The vial is glass, the loop is brass.

The necklace measures 17" and the drop is 1 1/4".
