A fairly rare antique ruby 15 jewel watch movement encased in its original gold filled case hangs from a brass filigree bail and a chain of exquisite czech glass beads. 

The czech beads include dusty rose bevel cut beads with a bronze finish, lovely teardrop beads in a champagne rose finish and rondelles in the palest of rose. A uniquely designed assortment of sparkling glass...

Brass leaf and filigree beadcaps add a victorian elegance to the design. 

The beads are strung on 49 strand soft flex bronze wire that will stay supple and kink free.

The filigree are natural brass. All components are nickle free. 

The necklace is reversable with the watch face on the reverse side. At the moment the watch will wind up and run, creating movement on the necklace. I do not know if it keeps time or not. Just that its moving when I wind it!

This is a one of a kind creation. I may do a similar style such as this, but this exact watch component is unique, very cool and different!

The necklace measures 18" and the drop is 4".
