Jewels By Nature  began after searching for a necklace
for my son's graduation from High School. I looked at many styles, found one I liked but didn't like the price (HUNDREDS!) and knew I could make it much cheaper. While searching out the components for this first necklace a growing idea began to take roots.

The more beautiful materials I saw the more
I wanted to make MORE jewelry!

I am inspired (some might say obsessed) to create jewelry by the beautiful "rocks" (gemstones),  filigree findings, lampwork glass, crystals, czech glass beads, cloisonne and the myriad of "things" that can go into a jewel piece of art.

Antique and vintage watch parts are especially lovely to me and I incorparte them into my jewels as part of the Steampunk Genre of Art.
 
Each piece is a part of me, a part of my heart, lovingly created to reflect not only my own personality and experience's but that of the gemstones' beauty, aura and energy. I do believe as the ancient people's did that these extraordinary nuggets carry an innate energy capable of healing the mind, body and soul.
And they look pretty while doing it ;-)
